Over the years we have been focusing on managing our own property investment portfolio efficiently, by deploying capital in key opportunities consistent with our Investment Strategy. Recently we have re-evaluated our Strategy and have deployed funds investing in safe private trading companies where the directors are connected and have full knowledge of them.

We are committed to grow our business by maintaining and focusing on effective and efficient use of our capital. We aim to maintain a moderate balanced portfolio consisting of good quality investment properties and of prudent share trading stocks producing fixed rental and also franked investment income.
