Demetrios (Jim) Kounnis (UK resident, Chairman) FCCA, FAIA.

Jim Kounnis is a multi-talented pioneer and bold thinker. He was born in Cyprus in 1939 and immigrated to the UK in 1958. In 1962 he founded the Audit and Accountancy firm D K Kounnis & Co which was subsequently incorporated into the London based Audit and Accountancy company Kounnis And Partners Ltd (Chartered Certified Accountants). He is currently the chairman of Kounnis And Partners Ltd and of Kounnis Insuforce Ltd, Insuforce Properties Ltd, Windyridge Properties Ltd and Windyridge Acres Ltd. Over the years he has built up multi million pound property companies which are still under his control and chairmanship.

Dino Kounnis (UK resident, Director).

Dino is an experienced property investor. He was born in London in 1961. Over the years he has made some shrewd investments apart from running Kounnis Estate Services (a property management firm). He is a director of John Bray Property Services Ltd and of Edward Taub & Company Ltd a letting managerment company.

Gary Kounnis (UK resident, Director).

Gary is an experienced property investor . He was born in London in 1963. He has many years experience in property and general insurance and currently manages his own residential property portfolio. He is also currently the managing director of Windyridge Acres Ltd (a residential property investor company).
